• Site usage information. We use our own first-party analytics on this Site — no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. It records the pages you view, the referring page and campaign parameters in the link you followed, how far you scroll, time on page, and clicks on buttons and forms (never what you type into a form). To recognise a returning browser it stores a random identifier in your browser's local storage; it does not use cookies or device fingerprinting. • Information within a B.R.U.C.E engagement. If you become a customer, the Product processes the business data you or your team put into it to operate the workflows you configure. That data is handled under the agreement between you and Ageless Marketing.

Connected third-party accounts

Where you choose to connect a third-party account (for example a social or communications platform) to B.R.U.C.E, we access only what that platform grants for the features you enable, and only with your authorization. You can disconnect a connected account at any time, which stops further access through that connection. Your use of a connected platform also remains subject to that platform's own terms and privacy policy.

• To respond to your inquiries and demo requests.
• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Product and the Site.
• To perform the workflows a customer has configured within B.R.U.C.E.

How we share information

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described here — for example, to respond to your inquiry or for the duration of a customer engagement — and then delete or retain it as required by law or a governing agreement. Site usage information is deleted automatically after 12 months.
